If you have purchased a digital product (including tarot readings), orders are processed in real-time and cancellations are not accepted. Due to the time and energy put into each product, we do not issue refunds.
If you have purchased a live 1:1 reading and need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 hours before the scheduled reading. The best way to cancel or reschedule is via email – astrologywithhannah@gmail.com.
